Planet Hollywood has a long Las Vegas history. The land that the resort stands on was once home to the famed Aladdin hotel, the place where Elvis and Priscilla Presley were married. The Aladdin was imploded in 1998 to make way for a new Alladin hotel and casino which opened in 2000. After it was hit with financial troubles, the Aladdin was sold off, and officially opened as the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in 2007.

The resort has a staggering 52 floors and 2,000 rooms and has been featured prominently in movies and television. When here, you will try your luck in the hip casino which sprawls an impressive 100,000 square feet. Hang out on the plush couches in the Mezzanine lounge which overlooks the casino. Take in some of the best view of the Strip from the swimming pool, which features VIP cabanas. Planet Hollywood is all about star treatment and a hip Hollywood vibe.

Planet Hollywood is home to two permanent shows. Peepshow is a re-imagining of the classic burlesque/striptease show. Starring former Playboy Model and television star Holly Madison, Peepshow is a flashy, sexy, spectacle. Both Men and women will certainly have a good time at this sizzling production.

Tony and Tina's Wedding is an interactive comedy show where audience members are guest at an Italian-American wedding. It's a fun-filled show based on improvisational comedy. Finally, Planet Hollywood is the only place to see the legendary rock band Journey for one night only, February 23, 2011. This is a must-see event for fans of these epic musicians!

Planet Hollywood features just the right amount of naughtiness. The hip casino features games dealt by young women in tasteful lingerie.
